- 4 (8oz.) packages cream cheese
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- 1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1-3/4 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, cut up, or 1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces

- 1-1/4 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar

1. Heat oven to 375 F. In bowl, stir salt, pepper and sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jar (26 ounces) low-sodium pasta sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 small zucchini (3/4 pound total), trimmed and cut into half moons
- 2 cups mushrooms, trimmed and quartered (from 10-ounce package)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 package (12 ounces) fully cooked turkey meatballs, quartered
- 2 packages (9 ounces each) light four- cheese ravioli (such as Buitoni)
- 1 bag ( 8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella
