- 1 pkg (16oz) elbow macaroni
- 1 C 2% milk
- 1/2 C butter, cubed
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp garlic pepper blend
- 1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 C (4oz) shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 C (4oz) shredded colby cheese
- 1 C (8oz) sour cream
- 1/2 C crushed saltines
- 1/3 C grated parmesan cheese

Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C)
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups panko bread crumbs

- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, or more if needed

- 1 med zucchini, cut into 1/4" slices
- 1 med yellow summer squash, cut into 1/4" slices

- 2 TBL olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 LB grd. beef
- 1 can (28oz) tomato puree
- 1 TBL italian seasoning
- 1 TBL brown sugar
- 8 tsp grated parmesan cheese
