Ingredients

    boneless pork chops

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • garlic salt to taste

  • 1

    Tablespoon olive oil

  • Salsa

  • 1

    mango, peeled and diced

  • 1

    cup diced pineapple (I used canned)

  • 4

    basil leaves, chopped

  • ½

    red onion, finely chopped

  • juice of 1 small lime

  • 2

    tablespoons olive oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Sprinkle the pork chops evenly with salt, pepper and garlic salt. 2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chops and cook until they're no longer pink and they are browned on each side (4-5 minutes per side). 3. Meanwhile, prepare the salsa.
