- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained and finely chopped
- 2 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 sticks cold unsalted butter, cut into small squares
- 12 ounces white baking chocolate, finely chopped (I use Ghirardelli.)
