Ingredients
- 2 dozen graham wafers
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1 can crushed pineapples (14 or 19 02 can)
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup butter

Step 1
Cream butter, add icing sugar and egg. Crush 1 1/2 dozen graham wafers and mix with above, mixture. Spread into pan.
Whip cream, add sugar and pineapple Spread over graham wafer mixture. Sprinkle remainder of graham wafer (crushed) over top. * THIS TASTES GREAT!
