LF Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients

• Spice cake mix
• 2 egg whites
• 1/3 c of applesauce
• 1 15 oz can of pure pumpkin
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice.

Preparation

Step 1

Place everything in a mixing bowl. Combine.
Batter will be stiff. May add raisins, mini choc chips or dried cranberries.

Drop by 1 T onto sprayed cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 for 10 min. Cool on cookie sheet 2 min before removing.
