Carrot raisin spice cookies

Ingredients

• 6 1/4 cups flour
• 2 1/2 cups cream of wheat
• 7 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 5 tsp vanilla
• 2 1/2 cups grated carrot
• 2 1/2 cups raisins
• 2 1/2 cups butter
• 10 eggs
• 4 tsp baking soda
• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 2/3 cups brown sugar
