Ingredients

  • 1 can (46 oz.) V8 juice (I use half tomato and half V8 juice)
  • 2 packages (16 oz. each) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 tsp. dried minced onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

1. In 5 qt. slow cooker, combine the first five ingredients; mix well. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours or until heated through and vegetables are done to satisfaction. Season with salt and pepper.
