Ingredients
- 2/3 cup (160g) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup (75.33g) unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup (61.12g) mashed pumpkin
- 1 scoop (30g) sugar-free vanilla whey protein
- 2 tbsp (24g) 'Swerve' or other sugar equivalent
- 1/2 tsp (1g) cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 tsp (.5g) nutmeg, freshly ground
- 1 dash (0g) cloves, freshly ground
- 1 dash (0g) dried powdered ginger
- 1 dash (0g) salt
- 1 dollop (33.25g) whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, combine almond milk, coconut milk, pumpkin, sweetener, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger and a dash of salt. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream and enjoy!
