  • Butter cooking spray
  • 4 (6-8oz) Tilapia fillets
  • Salt and Black Pepper
  • 1 Lime - finely grated zest and juice
  • Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375` Coat a large cast iron pan or non stick pan with a non stick butter/olive cooking spray

Rinse fish and pat dry; place on the cast iron pan. Season each fillet with salt, pepper, lime zest and lime juice. Add fish to the pan

Drizzle olive oil on each fillet and cook in the oven for 8-12 minutes

Serve with grilled asparagus, your favorite veggie or salad
