Ingredients

  • 4 to 6

    tilapia

  • 2

    tablespoons paprika

  • 2

    teaspoons salt

  • 2

    teaspoons lemon pepper

  • 1 1/2

    teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 1/2

    teaspoons ground red pepper

  • 1 1/2

    teaspoons basil, dried and crushed

  • 1

    teaspoon onion powder

  • 1

    teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1

    cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions

Preheat your grill on high for at least 5 minutes. Mix all of the seasonings in a bowl. Dip the tilapia fillets in melted butter and coat with seasonings. Place fillets on the grill and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
