Ingredients
- 2 Tab. olive oil
- 1 # Ground Beef 1large Onion
- 2 cups each diced celery and carrots
- 1 cup hot water
- 7 cubes or 1/2c beef boulion powder
- 2 Tab dried oregano
- 1 Teasp Black pepper
- 1 1/3 Tab. parsley
- 1 teasp Tabasco
- 48 oz chunky Pasta sauce
- 1 can each red and white Kidney Beans
- 2 cups cooked small pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large soup pot;add beef Saute, add onions,carrots,celery. Simmer10 mins.Disolve boullion in hot water, add oregano, pepper, parsley, and hot sauce to meat. Simmer 10 mins. add 1 qt. water or as much as needed for consistency. Simmer 30 mins, Stir in beans. Add cooked pasta, This makes approx. 1 gallon.
