Ingredients
- 1 mango peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 avocado peeled, pitted and diced
- 4 med tomatoes diced
- 1 jalepeno pepper seeded and minced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic
- lime juice
- 3 TBS olive oil (opt)

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the mango, avocados, tomatoes, jalepeno, cilantro & garlic.
Stir in the salt, lime juice and olive oil.
To blend the flavors, refrig for 30 min before serving.
