Chicken Zucchini Cassarole

Ingredients

• 1 6 0z pkg Chicken Flavoned Stuffung Mix
• 3/4 c melted Butter
• 3 cups diced Zucchini
• 2 cups Cubed Chicken
• 1 can Cream Chicken Soup
• 1 med Carrot grated
• 1/2 chopped Onion
• 1/2 cup Sour Cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine stuffing mix & butter. Set aside 1/2 cup stuffing. Add zucchini, chicken, soup, carrot, onion & sour cream to the remaining stuffing mix. Place in a 2 quart cassarole. Sprinkle the reserved stuffing mix on top.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
