Baby bok choy with garlic and ginger

Ingredients
- 2 tsp veg oil
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 1 piece fresh ginger (1 inch), peeled and sliced
- 1 lb baby bok choy, cut in half lengthwise
- 3 tbsp water
- salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high. Cook garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add bok choy and water, steam, covered, until tender, 7-8 minutes. Uncover and cook until liquid evaporates. Season with salt.
