Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup diced, cold unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons honey, divided
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor, pulverize oats and pecans. Add butter, 2 tablespoons honey, egg, and cinnamon. Pulse till it clumps. Chill 30 minutes.

Heat oven to 350° F. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, blueberries, remaining 2 tablespoons honey, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Press oat mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch greased cake pan. Spread yogurt mix on top. Bake 20 minutes.

Chill, then serve topped with grated chocolate. Serves 8.
