Creamy Lemon Pie

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 C real lemon juice
  • 2 or 3 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
  • 1 9 inch baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
  • whipped topping



Step 1

Preheat oven to 325

Beat egg yolks in medium bowl. Gradually beat in condensed milk and lemon juice. Stir in food coloring. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until set. Remove and cool about 1 hour. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
