Balsamic and Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 8 c cauliflower florets
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 c shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Toss cauliflower, oil, marjoram and pepper in large bowl. Spread on baking sheet and roast until starting to soften and brown on bottom. (15-20 minutes)
Toss the cauliflower with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and roast until the cheese is melted. (5-10 minutes longer)
