Ingredients

  • Seasoning:
  • 2 T-Bone steaks
  • 1 teas freshly ground mixed peppercorns
  • Kosher salt
  • 2 T chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 T chopped fresh thyme
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teas freshly ground mixed peppercorns

Preparation

Step 1

Combine seasoning ingredients in a small bowl, press evenly onto beef steaks.
Place steaks on grid over medium ash-covered coals. Grill, covered 11 to 16 minutes (over medium heat on preheated gas grill 15 to 19 minutes) for medium rare 145, medium 160. Remove from grill and season with 1 teas peppercorns and kosher salt.
