Ingredients
- 6 sm. to med. Zucchini (chopped)
- 2 lge. Onions (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. Curry (optional)
- 4 cups defatted Chicken broth or Veg. stock
- (I use part broth & bouillion)
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in pot, bring to boil and then simmer
for about 40 to 50 mins.
When done puree in blender.
Sprinkle with dill or chives (optional)
To main ingred. I like to add 2 or 3 Carrots (sliced)
1 lge. Garlic clove Parsley Celery leaves and even
Green Beans.
