Ingredients

• canned sweet potato app 1#
• 1 large onion
• 1 boxes heavy cream
• 1 cup strong chicken stock
• salt and pepper to tast

Preparation

Step 1

saute sliced onions until carmelized
add chicken stock
add heavy cream
add sweet potato
bring to a boil
puree and return to pot
salt and pepper to taste
serve with potato chips
