Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar divided
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel

Preparation
Step 1
Combine 1 cup sugar and orange juice; set aside.
Cream butter and 1 cup sugar. Blend in sour cream. Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Beat on low speed until just blended. Stir in orange peel. Fill greased muffin tins and bake at 375 degree for 15-20 minutes or until done.
While warm dip each muffin top into sugar/orange mixture. Cool. Makes about 24 muffins.
