Chili-Lime Butter

Ingredients
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place on stick of butter in bowl to soften. Stir in ingredients above. Place butter on waxed paper and roll into a log and twist ends to close. May also store in a bowl. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Once chilled use butter on fresh ears of corn.
