Frozen Souffle with Hot Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 qt. vanilla Ice Cream
- 24 macaroons, crumbled
- 4 T. orange juice or Grand Marnier
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 4 t. powdered sugar
- 4 T. toasted almonds

Preparation
Step 1
Soften ice cream slightly; stir in crumbled macaroons and orange juice or grand marnier. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into 6 cup mold or metal dish. Sprinkle surface with powdered sugar and almonds. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze until firm, 4-5 hours, preferable overnight. Loosen edges and wrap with warm towel 4-5 seconds. Turn out on chilled platter and serve with Hot Strawberry Sauce.
