Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon raw, all natural honey
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • almond milk to line

Step 1


Add all ingredients into a large NutriBullet cup and extract.

This recipe is more of a suggested formula. Feel free to sub in your favorite. Try a using soy or almond milk. Even a banana is great for flavor and thickening. This is a great blast for a mid day snack as well. It has the right amount of carbs and protein to get me through the balance of my busy day.
