Homebaked Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli with Rice Casserole
- 2 bags Success® White Rice or Success® Brown Rice
- 16 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup low fat milk
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 2 cups steamed broccoli flowerettes
- bread crumbs, toasted
Cooking time 25mins
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Fold cheese into hot rice and stir to melt cheese. Add milk and blend well. Fold in chicken and broccoli.
Pour into a 2-quart ovenproof casserole dish. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake 10 minutes and serve.
