Ingredients

    head cabbage

  • 8

    green onions

  • 8

    tbsp. slivered almonds

  • 8

    tbsp. sesame seeds

  • 2

    pkg. Top Ramen (any flavor)

  • 1

    cup vegetable oil

  • 6

    tbsp. rice vniegar

  • 4

    tbsp. sugar

  • 1

    tsp. pepper

Directions

Can use olive oil instead of vegetable oil and use only 1/2 cup. Shred cabbage and slice green onions. Set cabbage and onions aside. Brown the almonds and sesame seeds, set aside. Crush Top Ramen (Use Top Ramen seasoning packages). Make dressing by combining oil, rice vinegar, sugar, pepper and seasoning packages. Toss cabbage, onions, almonds, sesame seeds in bowl. Pour on dressing just before serving. Mix well. You can use shredded carrot or red cabbage to replace some of the cabbage. For a difference, try Napa cabbage instead of green cabbage.
