Ingredients
- 2 lb. romas
- 6 garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 lg. yellow onions, sliced
- 2 t salt
- 1/4 t dried thyme
- 4 T olive oil
- 1 stalk celery, or fennel bulb
- 1/4 c. tomato paste
- 3 T ketchup
- 1 t soy sauce
- 1/4 t Tabasco
- 2-3 broth, chicken or veggie

Step 1
Roast 1st 6 ingredients. Add all to blender.
