Ingredients

  • 2 lb. romas
  • 6 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 2 lg. yellow onions, sliced
  • 2 t salt
  • 1/4 t dried thyme
  • 4 T olive oil
  • 1 stalk celery, or fennel bulb
  • 1/4 c. tomato paste
  • 3 T ketchup
  • 1 t soy sauce
  • 1/4 t Tabasco
  • 2-3 broth, chicken or veggie
