Ingredients

  • 2

    c. flour

  • 4

    eggs

  • 2

    c. sugar

  • c. oil

  • 2

    tsp. baking soda

  • 1

    tsp. salt

  • 3

    c. grated carrots

  • 2

    tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Mix oil and sugar together. Beat 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients except carrots. Beat 2 minutes. Fold in carrots. Bake at 350 degrees in ungreased cake pan for 50-60 minutes.
