  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 12 cubes of Velveeta cheese
  • 3 beef franks, cut into 4 pieces
  • Honey mustard for dipping

Step 1

Heat oven to 375.

Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on package; spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray or use muffin papers.
Press a cube of Velveeta and one piece of hot dog into center of each muffin cup.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm with honey mustard.
