Ingredients
- 2 1/3 cups Bisquick mix
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 3 TLBS sugar
- 3 TLBS soft butter melted
- 4 cups strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar

Step 1
Cover sliced strawberries with 1/2 cup sugar and set aside for about 30 minutes...then stir and fill shortcakes.
Bake Shortcakes at 425...
Stir Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, and the butter until soft dough forms.
Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Split warm shortcakes and fill with strawberries and drizzle more on top and add whip cream.
