Ingredients
- 4 individual thick sliced *Drier's* ham
- 5 about 5 oz. each
- 2 T. butter divided
- 1/2 C. apricot preserves
- 1 T. cider vinegar
- 1/4 t. ground ginger
- dash salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, saute ham slices in 1 T. of butter until lightly browned on each side.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine the preserves,vinegar,ginger,salt and remaining butter. Cook over med. heat until heated through. Serve ham with the apricon sauce.
