Strawberry Pretzel Salad
- 2 c crushed pretzels
- 3/4 c melted butter
- 2 T sugar
- 1 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 c sugar
- 6 oz strawberry jello
- 10 oz frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
Mix pretzels, butter, and sugar into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Mix cream cheese and sugar together, then fold in Cool Whip. Spread this mixture on pretzel layer.
Mix jello with 2 cups boiling water, then add 1 cup cold water. Mix in strawberries. Gently pour this over the cream cheese/sugar/Cool Whip layer.
Let set in refrigerator. Cut in squares to serve.
