Hot Artichoke Crabmeat Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (8oz.) pkg cream cheese
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 garlic cloves- minced
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
- 1 (8oz.) pkg imitation crab, chopped -about 1 1/2 cup
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions with tops
- 1 lemon
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and spoon mixture into a deep dish baker. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown around edges. Sprinkle with additional onion for color if desired.
Serve with pita chips, crackers or tortilla chips
