Hot Artichoke Crabmeat Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz.) pkg cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 garlic cloves- minced
  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8oz.) pkg imitation crab, chopped -about 1 1/2 cup
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions with tops
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and spoon mixture into a deep dish baker. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown around edges. Sprinkle with additional onion for color if desired.

Serve with pita chips, crackers or tortilla chips
