Ingredients
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 cups cabbage, shredded finely
- 1 large carrot, shredded finely
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons crushed caraway seeds
- 1 1/4 lbs polish sausage, cooked, halved lengthwise, and cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 4 cups chicken broth
- Black pepper and salt to taste

Place ingredients in crockpot in order listed, cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or until vegetables are tender.
