Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb whole cranberries
  • 2 oranges (juice and zest)
  • Brown sugar
  • Grande Marnier liqueur
  • Heat cranberries, orange juice and zest. Add brown sugar to taste (it takes quite a bit, at least 1-2 cups). Cook until berries pop. Sauce will be thick. Remove from heat. Stir in about 1/4 cup Grande Marnier. Chill.
