- 2# bag oreida hash brown potatoes
- 1 pt sour cream
- 2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 chopped onion
- Potato chips, crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw bag of hash brown potatoes. Mix sour cream, cheese, chicken soup, butter and onion together. Stir into potatoes until thoroughly mixed. Crumble potato chips on top. Bake 1 hour, uncovered, at 375F in a 9 X 13 pan.
