Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can artichokes, drained
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 cup mozza cheese seasoned with garlic salt
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Prheat oven to 350F. Spray low casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients (except mozza cheese) well; spread into pan. Sprinke mozza on top and bake for 25 minutes.
