Crab and Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 5 T butter
- 5 T flour
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 1/2 cups evaporated and regular milk (total)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper
- can crabmeat
- can of mexican corn
- 1/2 cup half and half

Preparation
Step 1
1. melt 4 T butter in saucepan and add flour and stir till blended.
2. add stock and milk stirring rapidly with whisk. cook, stirring for 10 minutes.
3. meanwhile, melt 1 T butter in another pan and saute onion. cook till wilted. add crab, corn and peppers. cook briefly and add to cream sauce.
4. add half and half and bring to a boil. simmer 5 minutes.
