Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbs plus 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- Assorted fresh fruit

Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir in the orange juice, water, lemon juice, and orange and lemon peels until blended. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Cover and refrgerate until chilled; Serve with fresh fruit.
Yield: 2 cups
