Fresh Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 1-9 inch pie shell
• strawberries fresh (about 1 pint)
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c water
• 2 T cornstarch
• 2 T strawberry jello

Preparation

Step 1

Bake pie shell. Put a thick layer of strawberries in the pie shell. Mix sugar, water, and cornstarch and cook until thick and clear; stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add jello. Mix well. Cool slightly. Pour over strawberries. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
