Ingredients
- Juice of 2 oranges, strained
- 2 Tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbl sugar
- 1 cup demi glace

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place red wine vinegar and sugar in a small pot.
2. Place pot over med-low heat and simmer gently until thick.
3. Add orange juice and simmer gently for two minutes.
4. Add demi glace and simmer gently for five minutes.
5. Season to taste.
