- 3/4 lb shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar

1. Combine carrots, raisins and walnuts in a medium bowl
2. Combine mayo, vinegar and sugar and add to carrot mixture
