    fresh b sail leaves chopped

    T. chopped garlic

    tsp. crushed red chill pepper

    T. Olive Oil

    c white wine

  • 1

    c Italian tomato sauce

  • 3

    c chicken broth

  • 1

    T. Seasoning Salt

    T butter

  • Fresh Parsley

Directions

In a large pot: sauté fresh basil, garlic, chilies and onion in oil on high for a few minutes. Add wine and tomato sauce and broth and salt, boil. Drop in mussels and clams and steam for 3-5 minutes watching carefully not to overcook. Add butter and parsley and serve with fresh bread.
