Sour Cream Clam Dip
Serve with green onions, crackers, toasted bread, or chips.
- 8 ounces low-fat sour cream
- 1 can (6-1/4 ounces) minced clams, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cocktail sauce
Combine sour cream, clams, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
Cover; refrigerate 2 hours to blend flavors. Spoon into serving dish; swirl cocktail sauce over top.
