Ingredients

  • 1/2

    cup butter

  • 1/3

    cup lemon juice {2.75oz}

  • 2

    tablespoons minced parsley

  • 1.5

    teaspoons soy sauce

  • 1.5

    teaspoons Worcestershire

  • 1

    teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2

    teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4

    teaspoon salt

  • 1/8

    teaspoon pepper

  • 1

    salmon filet {2.5 lb}

Directions

In a sauce pan; combine first 9 ingredients. Cook and stir over low-heat until butter is melted; set aside. Coat grill rack with nonstick spray before starting grill. Place salmon skin side down on grill. Grill, covered, over med-hot heat for 5 minutes. Baste with butter sauce, grill 10-15 minutes more until fish flakes with a fork, basting frequently.
