Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, at room temp
- 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 C fresh lemon juice
- 1 T lemon zest
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix on medium speed until smooth. Pour into the pie crust. Refrigerate overnight.
