Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. Betty Crocker Scalloped Potatoes
- 1 can (16oz) tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1 pkg (4oz) Sliced Pepperoni
- 1 Pkg. (4oz) Shredded Mozarella Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Empty potato slices and packet of seasoning mix into ungreased 2Qt. casserole dish.
Heat tomatoes, water and oregano to boiling.
Stir into potatoes.
Arrange pepperoni on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes or until bubbly
