Ingredients

  • 1

    container non-fat Greek yogurt or (Or prefer-ed Choice kefir, etc)

  • 1/2

    cup organic milk (Or prefer-ed Choice Almond,Coconut,Soy,etc)

  • 1

    tablespoon raw honey or agave (Or desired sweetener)

  • 1

    cup assorted fresh blackberries

  • Note:

  • Enhance your smoothie with protein powder, chia seeds, ground flax seeds or sesame seeds for some added goodness.

Directions

Put everything together in blender or whatever you have MB,VM or Ninja and combine 30-60 seconds or until desired consistency. Pour into glass and enjoy.
