  • Note:
  • 1 container non-fat Greek yogurt or (Or prefer-ed Choice kefir, etc)
  • 1/2 cup organic milk (Or prefer-ed Choice Almond,Coconut,Soy,etc)
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or agave (Or desired sweetener)
  • 1 cup assorted fresh blackberries
  • Enhance your smoothie with protein powder, chia seeds, ground flax seeds or sesame seeds for some added goodness.



Step 1

Put everything together in blender or whatever you have MB,VM or Ninja and combine 30-60 seconds or until desired consistency. Pour into glass and enjoy.
