Ingredients
- 6 Chkn breast
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 limes, juiced (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 cups cilantro
- 2 small bags of frozen corn
- 2 cans black beans, rinsed
- 4 minced garlic gloves
- 1 finely chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp cumin or chipotle powder

Step 1
Split into 2 bags; Freeze
Cook on low 8 hrs, shred in pot
serve with hot tortillas or chips, sour cream, guac and/or cheese to top if wanted
